MNblockchain Jan. 27 Spotlight Meetup
We’re kicking off our 2025 Spotlight Meetups with a look at the world of crypto-related cybercrime, led by Police Sergeant Jake Tuzinski.
Topic: “Leading the Fight Against Crypto-Related Cyber Criminals”
Brooklyn Park Police Sergeant Jake Tuzinski unearthed cold cases dealing with cybercrime and followed the blockchain transactions to some pretty dark places. As important, he was able to retrieve some of the stolen assets for the distraught victims.
Officer Tuzinski shares all about his experience leading this charge in this area of crime for his precinct—and now also for the state. His stories go from our living rooms to illicit call centers in Myanmar and offer lessons on how to keep yourself safe.
